"El Brusco is a Double IPA in the West Coast style, crafted with a simple blend of malts and fermented with California Ale yeast, provides an ideal backdrop to enhance the freshness of the hops used. Its appearance is clear with an aged golden hue. Undergoing a generous dry-hop with Mosaic, Idaho7, Citra, and Galaxy hops, it results in citrusy aromas and flavors reminiscent of orange peel, grapefruit, and pine resin. Its distinctive “dank” character harmoniously intertwines with a dry body and intense bitterness."
