The Wild Creatures Cuvee (2019) is a lambic-like beer (beer of spontaneous fermentation), brewed with Merlot grapes from Bordeaux, and local Saint Laurent grapes. This gives the beer aromas of plums, blackberries, sour cherries and a hint of oak.
