Casey Brewing & Blending is an American brewer (and blender) of wild and sour beers. Almost everything is produced with local raw materials, with 99% of the ingredients coming from Colorado. The beers are fermented and aged in vintage oak barrels, with a mixture of saccharomyces, brettanomyces and lactic acid bacteria are used. The beers are unfiltered and have secondary fermentation in the bottle, which ensures a complex development of the beer.
