The Siren Time Hops Centennial is part of the Time Hops series. This series of beers is based on modern classics: leading beers that have been well known to enthusiasts for years.
The Time Hops Centennial is a classic West Coast IPA, inspired by the Bear Republic Racer 5. With the help of Bear Republic brewmaster Roger Herpst, Siren managed to recreate the water profile of California. In addition, they managed to get Cascade hops that come from the same area as the hops used for the Racer 5. Expect the notes of pine, citrus and herbs that come from the Centennial. In addition, she is supported by Chinook, Cascade and Columbus.
