The Siren Time Hops Cascade is part of the Time Hops series. This series of beers is based on modern classics: leading beers that have been well known to enthusiasts for years.
The Time Hops Cascade is a Pale Ale inspired by Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale. This is (still) brewed with whole hop flowers. Siren solved this by pumping the wort through a 'hopback', which creates a lot of contact between the hops and the wort. With this they try to imitate the taste of the (Cascade) hop, as it emerges with Sierre Nevada, as closely as possible.
