The Palm Steenbrugge Blanche Brewery is a classic Belgian White beer, brewed with 40% unmalted wheat and 60% malt. Just like the Steenbrugge Blond, the 'gruut' spice mixture is added to the beer, together with coriander and curacao orange peels. It is refermented in the bottle.
