Brouwerij Boon Oude Geuze Boon - Lambic Geuze / 7% vol / 25 cl.

The Brouwerij Boon Oude Geuze Boon is a blend of 90% mild, 18-month-old lambic, 5% 3-year-old lambic and 5% young lambic. Aged in barrels, and then blended in a 25000 liter barrel. The beer is then bottled, after which the secondary fermentation takes place. After a few months, the beer is ready and released on the market.

In addition to the clear sour notes, the beer has flavors of grapefruit and a hint of Muscat grapes.
