The classic Belgian Witbier has been one of the characteristic beer styles for years, and is best enjoyed in warm weather. The original white beer states that the beer is brewed with barley, wheat, coriander and (dried) orange peels. The wheat gives a slightly sour freshness, and the coriander and orange peels provide a spicy fruitiness, making it a beer style that tastes extremely good when you're sitting in the sun.
