The Swedish Omnipollo brewery is known to many a beer lover, either for its great thick beers or for the bizarre experiments they create. The brewery was founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin, with the aim of completely changing the perception of beer. A little more than 10 years later, we can say that it seems to have succeeded.
