Mist KVLT - Wild Ale / 6% vol / 37.5 cl. The Nevel KVLT is a collab with Norwegian brewery Eik & Tid. The beer is a dark and sour beer that has spent 23 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. The house culture with kveik from Eik & Tid was used for the fermentation. 3 months before the beer is bottled, apple-pear syrup from the local Lindegaard apple orchard has also been added.
