The Halve Tamme Solera Cuvee Anomala is really something that you can say is unique. An Old Ale, fermented in a Bourbon barrel, with extra brettanomyces yeast. The taste is difficult to explain, but the beer is sweet, with the bourbon doing its work, along with the notes of brettanomyces (think Orval), cherries, sour notes, but also a little chocolate. One you have to try!
