The Jopen Brewery from Haarlem is well known to many beer lovers. She started in 1994, brewing historical beer based on medieval recipes. Later she found the location in the Jopenkerk, and it is impossible to imagine the Dutch beer world without it, and certainly not from Haarlem! These days, it brews with just about every different style of beer you can think of.
