Muscat Bleu is a hybrid wine and table grape and has its origins in Switzerland. We macerated the grape must with four different lambics from two different barrels. We let it macerate for five months and blended the grape lambic with another three young lambics prior to bottling. The final fruit intensity is 38.1% of grape must per liter of Grape Muscat Bleu. 100% 3 Fountains. Untappd 4.23

The 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend Honey (season 20/21) Blend 35 is a blend of 1.5 year old and 4 year old lambic, but with 33% 4 year old lambic (instead of the normal 25%). "This Golden Blend is assembled with lambics from three different barrels and five different brews. The lambics were brewed by three different breweries. It is one of the first blends in which we use lambic, brewed by Brouwerij De Troch in Wambeek. At the beginning of 2016, the oldest lambic brewed. 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend is an assembly of from one to (at least 25%) four-year-old lambic. Spontaneously mistaken.
