The pear provides a sweet fruitiness, the apple provides a fresh bite. The manor of Jaarsveld was a bone of contention for centuries between the Dutch Count and the Utrecht bishop. Elegast Cidery turned it into a cider that undisputedly conveys the character of the orchard in a fresh, fruity cider.
