Wild Creatures belongs to the top of the Czech brewing world. Originally the owners were winemakers, but after tasting the Belgian beers of spontaneous fermentation, the classic lambic, the penny dropped. In their own way they produce wild beers of spontaneous fermentation, in a completely natural way. Knowledge from the wine world is used to give the beers a special, extra dimension. Additions of fruit, such as local grapes and apricots, are an important element in many of the beers.
