Trillium Brewing Company Nelson Sauvin Cutting Tiles - Double IPA / 8,5% vol / 47,3 cl. Cutting Tiles is an exploratory series of Double IPA's featuring a range of aromatic single hop varietals brewed with raw wildflower honey. This new version is dosed with 100% Nelson Sauvin in all kettle, whirlpool and two massive dry hop additions. The local wildflower honey keeps the body light and drinkable while providing a floral, earthy backbone.Pouring a hazy golden straw, Nelson Sauvin Cutting Tiles is intensely aromatic, teeming with sweet tones of tropical fruit, bright citrus, and vanilla. Bold flavors of pulpy grapefruit, lemon-lime zest, and ripe kiwi take the lead on the palate as notes of honeydew melon and table grapes develop and add depth. Medium bodied with a pillowy soft mouthfeel, Nelson Sauvin Cutting Tiles has a gentle, restrained pithy bite. Untappd 4.31

Trillium Brewing Company Mettle - Double IPA / 8,4% vol / 47,3 cl. In the spirit of tenacity and camaraderie, Mettle was first created to highlight the milestone of our inaugural year as a brewery. With an intense dual dry-hop treatment of Amarillo and Citra, this medium-bodied Double IPA beckons with aromatics of peach and nectarine. A fusion of grape juice and candied citrus greet the palate while accents of white-wine, grassy hop, and a mellow bitterness reveal themselves on a smooth, dry finish. We continue to brew Mettle in recognition of our devoted following of hopheads that have supported us from the very beginning. Untappd 4.34

View all our special beers on cans here! Beer enthusiasts will not have missed the fact that more and more (special) beer is packaged in cans. This has some advantages. Beers that are brewed with a lot of hops, such as IPAs, are sensitive to UV light. All bottles, even though they are very dark, let some UV light through, and this creates negative flavors in the beer. In addition, canned beer is a lot lighter in weight, which means that transport costs are a lot lower. Aluminum is also very easy to recycle.
