The Nevel KVLT is a collab with Norwegian brewery Eik & Tid. The beer is a dark and sour beer that has spent 23 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. The house culture with kveik from Eik & Tid was used for the fermentation. 3 months before the beer is bottled, apple-pear syrup from the local Lindegaard apple orchard has also been added.

Ze heeft 14 maanden gelagerd op eiken vaten, waarna ze 4 maanden met het fruit is gemacereerd. Het resultaat is een licht zuur en fruitig bier, met subtiele tonen van vanille en kaneel.

De Brouwerij Halve Tamme Solera 23 | 01 Riesling Sour Ale is de eerste versie van de Solera van 2023. Deze editie is gemaakt met Riesling druiven, die een koolzuur maceratie hebben gehad. Dat wil zeggen dat hele druiventrossen in een tank met koolstofdioxide zijn gedaan, zodat de fermentatie in elke druif begint. Dit zorgt voor een mooie fruitsmaak en zorgt er voor dat er weinig tannines worden afgegeven. Vervolgens is er een gelagerde wild ale aan toegevoegd.
