Apex Brewing Schwarzbier - Schwarzbier / 5.2% vol / 44 cl.
The Apex Brewing Schwarzbier is brewed with layers of dark malt and hopped with Spalter Select. Subsequently cold fermented with a lager yeast, and aged for 6 weeks in stainless steel barrels.
Expect notes of biscuit and caramel malt, with an aftertaste of coffee, toffee, nuts and some toasted flavours.
The Apex Brewing Schwarzbier falls a bit outside the boat of the brewery, which normally produces highly hopped beers. It is also brewed together with Stockholm Brewing Co.
