The Stadshaven Brewery is the youngest brewery in Rotterdam, but certainly not the least! With a brewing capacity of 2 million liters of beer per year, it is one of the 3 largest craft breweries in the Netherlands! It was officially opened on July 1 in Rotterdam, at Marconiplein. When setting up the brewery, we looked to make everything as circular as possible. This results in 1700 solar panels, a water filter system for collecting rainwater, and the spent grains that are donated to the cows of Floating Farm, about 200 meters from the brewery.
