Polly's Brew, a Welsh microbrewery, is known for its fantastic IPAs. They are also number 1 in Wales for a reason, and if we were to take England as a whole they would still be in the top 15! This Craft Beer Brewery produces small batches, and specializes in IPAs and NEIPAs, although a sour is sometimes on the menu.
